Natural Crystal & Stone Information

We take great care in hand selecting each crystal piece that we use in our jewelry until we find the stones that speak to us. As these are natural stones, some can have inclusions, scuff marks, or chips. We will show any of these impurities as best as we can in the product photos on our website, but if you wish to view more pictures just ask!

Crystals can be very fragile and should be worn with care. They can easily be chipped, cracked, or even break when dropped or hit. We will not refund any crystals after they have been broken by wearing or dropped. We certainly appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Information

All jewelry orders are sent by registered first class mail. Shipping time is usually 1-5 days within the U.S. from the time it is shipped.

If any of the packages are over 1 pound, they will be shipped either by USPS Priority mail or FedEx Ground. These generally take 1-3 days for delivery in the U.S.

All of our packages are sent with tracking information and base insurance.

Any orders valued over $300 will be sent with a signature required. This is for your protection as our customer.

Shipping can be upgraded at checkout to include a rush order, which would include next day order processing and expedited shipping (Priority Mail: 1-3 days in the U.S.).

Special Note: We will ship to the address that was provided with your order. If you need to change the shipping address after an order has been placed, please let us know right away so that we can ensure that your package comes to the correct place!

Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. We will do our absolute best to help remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

All items must be in the condition that they were received in for a return or exchange. We will not accept damaged items or worn items. You, the buyer, is responsible for any return shipping costs. All returns or exchanges must be approved by us before being sent back. If you have any questions at all in regards to returns and exchanges, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

How To Care For Your Copper Jewelry

Please be advised that copper may leave a green mark on your skin. This is not in any way harmful. Wearing copper has several health benefits. Our copper jewelry is coated with a specially crafted varnish, however if you experience any greening you can simply wash it off with a little soap and warm water.
